French Korean Aromatics Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Company) values customers' privacy and complied with the Act on "Promotion of Information Network Utilization and Information Protection." The Company informs you of the purpose and method of using the privacy provided by the customer and what measures are being take to protect the privacy based on the privacy handling policy. In case the Company revises privacy processing policy, we will notify you through website notices (or individual notice). - This policy is enforced from November 20, 2022. 1. Privacy information collected The Company collects the following privacy for businesses such as membership registration, consultation, service application, etc. - Collected item: name, date of birth, gender, login ID, password, password Q&A, home phone number, home address, cell phone number, email, cookie, payment record - Privacy collection method: website (member registration) 2. Period for possession and use of privacy In principle, after the purpose of collection and use of privacy is achieved, the information shall be destroyed without delay. However, if it is necessary to preserve any information in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the Company will keep the member's information for the period set forth in the relevant laws and regulations as follows. - Preservation item: Payment record - Basis for preservation : Records on contracting or subscription withdrawals - Preservation period: 3 years - Records on contract or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) - Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) - Records on processing of consumer complaints or dispute: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) 4. Destruction procedure and method of privacy In principle, the Company shall destroy the information without delay after the purpose of collection and use of privacy is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows. - Destruction procedure The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper), and will be destroyed after storage for a certain period according to the reasons for information protection based on internal policy and other laws (possession and use period to be referred to). Privacy transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than being retained unless otherwise required by law. - Destruction method Privacy stored in the form of an electronic file shall be deleted using a technical method that prevents reproduction of the record. 5. Providing privacy In principle, the Company shall not provide any user's privacy to any outside third party. However, the following cases are exceptions. - In case users have consented in advance - In accordance with the provisions of the law or in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth in the law the purpose of investigation, if there is a request from the investigative agency. In addition, if wrong privacy has already been provided to a third party, the result of correction processing will be notified to such third party without delay so that corrections can be made. - The Company processes the privacy that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user as specified in the "Possession and use period of privacy collected by the Company" and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose. - For children under the age of 14, the legal representative of the child shall have the right to view or modify the child's privacy, and to withdraw the consent on collection and use. 8. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal on use of automatic privacy collection devices The Company operates 'cookies' that store and find your information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file that the server used to operate the website sends to your browser and is stored on you computer's hard disk.
